Lacey is an experienced design and delivery professional with a passion for project and design management. Over the course of five years working in the interiors and architecture industry, she has strengthened her dynamic leadership skills in challenging environments - as well as her “get-it-done” mentality. Lacey embodies a refreshing and innovative understanding of Workplace Design measured by user-satisfaction and employee retainment. She excels under pressure, and is always excited for her next challenge.

Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) focused in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Lacey is a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in the State of New York. In her spare time, she voluntarily project manages for the IIDA Annual Charity Event - Color Invasion®.

Resilient member of the Powered by We team - building a startup within a startup, converting the WeWork spatial brand and expertise into client’s spaces and brand standards.


  • Ran multiple aspects of project management: facilitated project meetings, created agendas and meeting minutes, ensured schedule and milestones were met, managed team workflows, coordinated GC and FF&E procurement schedules, tracked change-orders for both design and construction fees.

  • Worked alongside WeWork’s internal procurement team to purchase and install all furniture and accessories on schedule.

  • Coordinated “lessons-learned” meetings for many project teams to ensure continued education across the business unit, as well as continuously mentored junior staff.

  • Led multiple design teams simultaneously in design-build fit-outs for high profile client’s corporate real estate projects - from design conception to project close-out, within a self-starter office culture.

  • Accountable for red-lining and approving submittals, shop-drawings and coordination between project consultants/trades - as well as executed punch lists for both construction and FF&E items.

  • Continuously surveyed on-site construction progress and quality control.

  • Demonstrated strong spatial planning skills within large and small scale corporate office layouts while collaborating with clients to meet their functional needs & requirements.

  • Prepare scope of work, work plan schedule & milestones for design, marketing and fundraising teams.

  • Schedule and coordinate vendor and equipment delivery for day-of event.

  • Provide and delegate day-of responsibilities to team members for chronological and timely task execution.
